How do I set up the filters for the first time?

Ensure the unit is powered off and unplugged, then remove the front grille by grasping the sides and pulling forward. Remove the protective plastic wrap from all filters, then insert the HEPA Filter(s) with the red removal pull tabs facing outward, followed by any optional Enhanced Odor and VOC Filter(s), and finally secure the Pre-Filter in front using the edge fasteners. Replace the front grille by inserting the tabs on the bottom into the slots and pushing the top until secure. (Page 5)
