Why did my air purifier suddenly switch to a higher fan speed on its own?
If the air purifier is set to Auto Mode, it may have detected a higher level of VOCs in the room and automatically adjusted the cleaning level accordingly. VOCs are gases emitted from household cleaning products, home improvement materials, and common home decor items. (Page 10)
