Before installation, turn OFF the external circuit breaker supplying power to the system and verify the power supply output voltage matches specifications. Do not apply power until installation is complete. All enclosures must be earth grounded for proper installation, and suppressors (S-4) should be used on all door strikes with DC strikes recommended. Never connect to critical doors without providing an alternative exit in accordance with local fire and life safety codes.
