My heating or cooling system is not responding. What should I check?

First, press Menu and Mode to set the system to the desired mode (Heat or Cool) and ensure the temperature setpoint is higher than the current temperature for heating or lower for cooling. Then check the circuit breaker and reset if necessary, verify the power switch at the heating and cooling system is on, ensure the furnace door is closed securely, and wait 5 minutes for the system to respond.
