My heating or cooling system isn't responding. What should I check?

First, press Menu and Mode to set the system to Heat and verify the temperature setpoint is higher than the inside temperature. For cooling, set the temperature lower than inside. Also check the circuit breaker, make sure the power switch at your system is on, ensure the furnace door is closed, and wait 5 minutes for the system to respond.
