What is the warranty on the Honeywell T4 Pro thermostat and how do I make a claim?

Honeywell warrants the T4 Pro thermostat (excluding the battery) to be free from defects in workmanship or materials for five (5) years from the date of purchase under normal use. To make a claim, return the product with proof of purchase to the place of purchase, or call Honeywell Customer Care at 1-800-468-1502. Note that the warranty does not cover removal or reinstallation costs. (Page 9)
