How do I change the temperature setting on the TH5110D?

Press the Up or Down button to select the desired temperature setting. The first press of the Up or Down button turns on the backlight, and the second press changes the temperature setting. The temperature setting range is 40°F to 90°F (4.5°C to 32°C) for heating and 50°F to 99°F (10°C to 37°C) for cooling. (Page 8)
