My heating or cooling system isn't responding. What should I do?

First, ensure you've pressed the SYSTEM button to set it to the correct mode (Heat or Cool). Verify the temperature setting is higher than inside temperature for heating, or lower for cooling. Check the circuit breaker and reset if needed, make sure the power switch is on, ensure the furnace door is closed, and wait 5 minutes for the system to respond (Page 5).
