What is the warranty period for the TH6110D thermostat?

Honeywell warrants the TH6110D thermostat to be free from defects in workmanship or materials for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase by the consumer. If the product is determined to be defective during the warranty period, Honeywell will repair or replace it at their option. Note that the warranty does not cover removal or reinstallation costs and does not include the battery. (Page 21)
