How do I protect internal components from electrostatic discharge (ESD) when servicing the HP 255 G6?

Keep components in their electrostatic-safe containers until ready to install, discharge static electricity before touching any electronic component, and avoid touching pins, leads, and circuitry. A product can be degraded by as little as 700 V of electrostatic discharge, so use a wrist strap connected to a properly grounded work surface and conductive field service tools. (Page 26)
