How do I search for my product when downloading SoftPaqs in HP Image Assistant?
In the Download SoftPaqs tab, use the HP Product Catalog menu to find your product or use the search box to search by product name or number, for example EliteBook or 800. You must select the correct Windows operating system version, as searching directly from the catalog may show multiple compatible operating system options. (Page 4)
