How do I change the power settings to enable runtime power management?
Access Power options under Computer Setup Utility. Select 'Runtime Power Management' and set it to enabled to allow certain operating systems to reduce processor voltage and frequency when current software load does not require full capabilities of the processor. (Page 20)
