What do I do if the wireless connection fails during printer setup?

First, confirm wireless is enabled on the printer by checking if the Wireless light is on; if off, press the Wireless button. Press the Wireless button and Information button together to print a wireless network test report. Check the DIAGNOSTICS RESULTS section to see what failed and confirm your printer is connected to the same network as your computer.
