What should I do if the printer software installation fails on Windows?
Remove the CD from the computer's CD/DVD drive and disconnect the USB cable, then restart the computer. Reinsert the printer software CD and follow the on-screen instructions to reinstall, making sure not to connect the USB cable until prompted. After installation finishes, restart the computer again.
