How do I run a wireless network test to diagnose connection problems?
From the printer control panel, press the Wireless button and the Information button at the same time to print the wireless network test report and network configuration page. Check the DIAGNOSTICS RESULTS section to see if all tests passed, and check the CURRENT CONFIGURATION section to confirm the printer is connected to the correct network SSID. (Page 4)
