How do I restore the printer's network settings if I cannot connect to Wi-Fi?
From the printer control panel, touch the Wireless icon, touch Settings, and then touch Restore Network Settings. After restoring, reinstall the HP Smart app or printer software from 123.hp.com. (Page 1)
