How do I resolve echo or feedback coming through the speakers when using the webcam?

You need to adjust both the output level for your speaker and the input level for your microphone through your system's Sound settings. On Windows 10, right-click the Speakers icon in the taskbar, select Sounds, and configure the levels under both the Playback and Recording tabs. (Page 11-12)
