What should I do if the video playback is choppy or slow?

Video quality and performance are affected by lighting conditions, webcam resolution settings, computer performance, and internet connection bandwidth. If video playback is choppy, you can reduce the resolution setting of the webcam by selecting 'Take Videos or Photos' in the HP Webcam Control Center, choosing Settings, and selecting a lower value for the Resolution setting.
