How do I print a wireless test report to diagnose network connection problems?

From the printer control panel, press the Wireless button, then touch Settings, then touch Print Reports, and finally touch Wireless Test Report — the report will print automatically. Check the top of the report for any failures and review the Diagnostics Results section for all tests performed. You can also confirm the Network Name (SSID) your printer is connected to in the Current Configuration section to ensure it matches your computer's network. (Page 4)
