What printer settings need to be configured for Windows XP/Vista USB connections with HP PCL.6 32-bit driver?

After software installation, open Printer Properties, go to Device Settings, and configure the Installable Options: set Printer Hard Disk to Installed, Job Storage to Automatic, Mopier Mode to Enabled, and Device Type to Monochrome. Note that Windows XP with USB connection does not support bidirectional communication.
