Can I set up my HP LaserJet M207e-M212e using a USB cable?

Printers with a label covering the USB port must be set up using HP Smart and an Internet connection — USB cannot be used for initial setup. After setup is complete, you can print using a USB cable if needed, but the printer must also remain connected to the Internet. (Page 2)
