I'm using a VPN connection and HP Smart won't install. How can I fix this?

You cannot install HP Smart from the Microsoft Store while connected to a VPN. Disconnect from your VPN before installing the software, then reconnect to the VPN after printer setup is complete. Consider your location and network security before disconnecting (Page 4).
