My wireless light is not blinking blue during setup. How do I restart Wi-Fi setup mode?

If the wireless light isn't blinking blue, restart setup mode by: pressing the power button to exit sleep mode if needed, pressing and holding the wireless button for 5 seconds until all control panel buttons light up, then pressing the wireless and information buttons simultaneously. The wireless light should then blink blue (Page 3).
