What is the difference between Process A and Process B for wireless installation?

Process A is used when there is not a solid blue light on the top of the printer and involves selecting 'Configure to print over the Wireless Network.' Process B is used when there is a solid blue light on top and involves selecting 'Connect to a configured Wireless Network printer,' then selecting the detected printer or manually entering its IP address.
