Do I connect the USB cable before or after installing the software on Windows 7?
For Windows 7 or lower, do not connect the USB cable before installing the software. The installation process will prompt you to connect the cable at the appropriate time. If the cable is already connected, restart the printer when the installation prompts you to connect it. (Page 1)
