How do I print on paper shorter than 185 mm (7.28 inches)?

You need to install the small paper adapter on the paper guide. Remove the adapter from the storage slot on the right side of the paper input area, position it so the plastic prongs are facing toward you and pointing down, push it onto the paper guide until you hear a click, and flip the adapter down. Then adjust the guides and load the paper.
