How do I create a speed-dial entry for frequently used fax numbers?

Press the Setup button, select Fax Setup and then Phone Book, select Add/Edit, choose an unassigned number for the new entry and press OK, then use the keypad to enter the fax number and press OK, and finally enter a name for the entry using the keypad.
