How do I access the electronic Help for my printer?

Install electronic Help during software installation. On Windows 8.1, click the down arrow in the lower left corner of the Start screen, select the printer name, click Help, and select Search HP Help. On Mac, click Help > Help Center, then click Help for all your apps and select your printer's Help. (Page 1)
