How do I use Wi-Fi Direct to print without a router on the HP OfficeJet 4650?

From the Home screen on the printer display, touch the Wi-Fi Direct icon and ensure the Status is set to On — if it is off, touch Wi-Fi Direct Settings to enable it. For mobile devices that support Wi-Fi Direct, select the printer from the list using the name format DIRECT-**-HP OfficeJet-4650. For devices that do not support Wi-Fi Direct, connect to the printer's Wi-Fi Direct network name and enter the WPA2 password found by touching the Wi-Fi Direct icon on the printer display.
