What does a blinking blue wireless light mean on the HP OfficeJet Pro 6960?
A blinking blue light means the printer is not connected to a network. Use the Wireless Setup Wizard available from the printer control panel to connect the printer wirelessly by going to the Dashboard, touching Wireless, then Settings, then Wireless Settings, then Wireless Setup Wizard, and following the onscreen instructions.
