Why is the wireless light on my HP OfficeJet Pro 6960 not lit, and how do I fix it?

If the blue light on the printer control panel is not lit, wireless may be turned off. To turn it on, swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, touch the Wireless icon, then touch Settings, then Wireless Settings, and touch Wireless to turn it on. (Page 1)
