What should I do if my printer cannot connect to my wireless network?

First, confirm your printer's wireless radio is on by touching the Wireless icon from the Home screen; if it shows 'Wireless Off', touch 'Turn On'. Next, confirm your printer is on your network by printing a Wireless Test Report: From the Home screen, touch the Wireless icon, touch Settings, scroll and touch 'Print Wireless Test Report', then check the top of the report for any failures.
