What should I do if I cannot print?

First, check for error messages and resolve them. Then ensure your HP Photosmart is set as the default printer and is not offline. If the printer software installation failed, remove the CD, disconnect the printer, restart your computer, temporarily disable any firewall and antivirus software, reinsert the CD, and follow the onscreen instructions to install the software without connecting the USB cable until instructed.
