What should I do before removing any internal components from the ProBook 440 G3?

Before removing internal components, shut down the computer (or turn it on and shut it down if unsure whether it's off or in Hibernation), disconnect all external devices, and disconnect power by unplugging the power cord from the AC outlet and then the AC adapter from the computer.
