What should I do if my scanned images have streaks or appear fuzzy?

If scanned images have streaks or scratches, check that the originals are clean and unwrinkled, and clean the scanner glass and ADF scanning strips. If images are fuzzy, check for obstructions in the scanner paper path, ensure the paper width guides are positioned appropriately, and verify that the original document itself is not fuzzy.
