What should I do if the Service LED is flashing red slowly?
A slow red flash on the Service LED indicates that the broadband connection has been lost or has failed. Check that the fiber or network cable is securely connected to the gateway's SFP port or broadband port and that the other end is connected to the fiber box. Also verify that your fiber box PON light is green, and try rebooting the gateway using the Reset button on the back panel. (Page 18)
