What do the green, yellow, and red LEDs mean on the Code Reader?

The GREEN LED indicates all engine systems are running normally with no trouble codes present. The YELLOW LED indicates either a pending DTC exists or some emission monitors have not yet completed their diagnostic testing. The RED LED indicates a problem exists in one or more vehicle systems and DTCs are present, meaning the Check Engine light on the dashboard will be lit steady. (Page 8)
