What vehicles can the Innova 3100 OBD2 Code Reader work with?

The Innova 3100 is designed to work on all OBD 2 compliant vehicles. All 1996 and newer vehicles (cars and light trucks) sold in the United States are OBD 2 compliant, including all domestic, Asian, and European vehicles. Some 1994 and 1995 vehicles are also OBD 2 compliant if they have the Vehicle Emissions Control Information (VECI) label stating 'OBD II Certified' and a 16-pin Data Link Connector.
