Where is the Data Link Connector (DLC) located on my vehicle?

The 16-pin DLC is usually located under the instrument panel (dash), within 12 inches of the center of the panel, on the driver's side of most vehicles. On some Asian and European vehicles, the DLC may be located behind the ashtray or on the far left corner of the dash. If you cannot locate it, consult your vehicle's service manual.
