What does it mean when the light flashes red on the IQOS ILUMA ONE?
A red flashing light indicates an error or malfunction on the device. You should reset the IQOS ILUMA ONE by pressing and holding the button for 10 seconds, then releasing it — all status lights will turn off and back on to confirm the reset. If the red flashing persists after the reset, contact Customer Service.
