What should I do if my dryer is not drying clothes satisfactorily?

First, clean the lint screen and run the dryer for 5-10 minutes while checking for air movement at the outside exhaust hood. If no air is moving, clean the exhaust system of lint or replace the exhaust vent with heavy metal or flexible metal vent. Also check that the exhaust vent is not crushed or kinked, and ensure the timer is not set on AIR DRY or AIR FLUFF. (Page 43)
