How do I operate the dual radiant surface element?

Place cookware of the correct size onto the heating area, then turn the control knob counterclockwise for smaller pans or clockwise for larger pans. Adjust the setting as needed by turning the knob, and start cooking on a higher setting then reduce heat to finish cooking. When cooking is complete, turn off the control knob before removing the cookware.
