How do I set the time of day on my Kenmore 790 Oven?

When first plugging in the range or after a power interruption, the display will flash "12:00". Press briefly and within 5 seconds, press and hold the pad until the correct time appears. Note that the clock cannot be changed during timed baking or self-cleaning cycles.
