How do I adjust the oven temperature if I feel it is baking too hot or too cool?

Press and hold the Bake pad until the display begins flashing the factory temperature change of 00, then use the Up or Down Arrow pad to adjust the temperature in 5°F increments, up to a maximum adjustment of +35°F or -35°F. Wait until the display stops flashing and the control beeps once to accept the change. The manual advises not to use oven thermometers from grocery stores to judge accuracy, as they may not be accurate. (Page 12)
