What do the error codes tE1 and tE2 mean on my dryer's display?

The tE1 error code indicates that the thermistor of the blower housing is open or shorted. The tE2 error code indicates that the thermistor of the steam generator is open or shorted, and is only displayed in test mode. Both errors may appear during the drying cycle or diagnostic test mode. (Page 18)
