What is the correct way to level my Kenmore oven after installation?

The range must be leveled using the leveling feet located on each corner of the base. Remove the storage drawer and rotate the leveling feet in or out as required. One of the rear leveling feet will engage the anti-tip bracket, and you should allow a minimum clearance of 1/8 inch between the range and the leveling foot. (Page 4)
