Is it safe to run the microwave oven with no food inside?
No, it is forbidden to run the oven without any food inside as it is considered very dangerous. Additionally, when removing food from the oven, always ensure the power is switched off by turning the timer switch to zero. Operating the microwave without food can result in overheating and damage to the magnetron. (Pages 14–15)
