What is the proper way to empty the K-Cup Pod Bin?

When the K-Cup Pod Bin requires emptying, the brewer LCD Screen will display EMPTY K-CUP POD BIN. To empty it, open the brewer door by grasping the door handle and swinging the door fully open to remove the K-Cup Pod Bin from the drawer. Dispose of the used K-Cup pods and replace the K-Cup Pod Bin. (Page 13)
