What does the warranty cover and how do I get warranty service?
The K-Express Essentials is covered by a limited one-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal home use, starting from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage caused by non-Keurig pods or accessories, misuse, inappropriate power supply, or services performed by unauthorized providers. To obtain warranty service, call Keurig Customer Service at 1-800-361-5628 to receive a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number before sending in your coffee maker. (Page 6)
