How do I obtain warranty service for my Keurig brewer, and what does the warranty cover?

To obtain warranty service, call Keurig Customer Service at 1-866-901-BREW (2739) to obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number before sending the brewer in — brewers returned without an RMA number will be sent back without servicing. The brewer is covered by a limited one-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal home use, though damage caused by non-Keurig pods or accessories is not covered.
